摘要
我国河湖众多,淤泥的富集对河湖水环境造成严重影响,利用淤泥制备绿色建材是重要的资源化途径之一。以淤泥:水泥:高炉矿渣=80:15:5(质量比),减水剂为水泥掺量的0.5%,土壤固化剂为淤泥掺量的0.05%为配比,设计正交试验研究工艺参数对淤泥非烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明:最佳制备工艺为养护时间28d,成型压力15MPa,成型拌合水率12.5%,抗压强度可达到14MPa。影响抗压强度的因素的主次顺序为:养护时间>成型压力>成型拌合水率,且随着养护时间、成型压力的增加,抗压强度增大,随着成型拌合水率的增大,抗压强度先增大后稍有减小。
Take sludge: cement: blast furnace slag=80:15:5(mass ratio), water reducing agent is 0.5% of cement content, and soil curing agent is 0.05% of silt content as the ratio, and the orthogonal test is set to study the process parameters effect on the performance of silt non-fired bricks.
