摘要
为探究SAA,CRP和WBC联合检测应用于儿童急性呼吸道感染患者的诊断价值,本文选取2019年1月—2020年6月我院收治的345例急性呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,将115例细菌感染患儿划分为细菌组,115例病毒感染患儿划分为病毒组,115例支原体感染患儿划分为支原体组,分析3组指标检出水平及不同检测方式的检出情况,并对3种检测方法联合应用的检出率进行比较。结果显示,在CRP和WBC的检出水平方面,细菌组均高于病毒组及支原体组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;SAA的检出水平细菌组略高于病毒组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;病毒组和细菌组均高于支原体组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;三者联合检测检出的阳性率高于SAA、CRP、WBC的单项检测(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。由此可见,3组研究对象的各指标检出水平存在明显差异,SAA,CRP和WBC联合检测的准确性更高,对于儿童急性呼吸道感染患者的临床诊断,应采用SAA,CRP和WBC联合检测的方式,应用价值更高。
In order to explore the diagnostic value of SAA,CRP and WBC combined detection in children with acute respiratory tract infection,345 children with acute respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. 115 children with bacterial infection were divided into bacterial group and115 children with viral infection were divided into virus group,115 children with mycoplasma infection were divided into Mycoplasma group. The detection levels of indicators and different detection methods in the three groups were analyzed,and the detection rates of the combined application of the three detection methods were compared. The results showed that the levels of CRP and WBC in bacterial group were higher than those in virus group and Mycoplasma group(P<0.05);The detection level of SAA in bacterial group was slightly higher than that in virus group(P<0.05);Virus group and bacteria group were higher than Mycoplasma group(P<0.05);The positive rate of combined detection was higher than that of single detection of SAA,CRP and WBC(P<0.05). It can be seen that there are significant differences in the detection levels of various indicators among the three groups. The combined detection of SAA,CRP and WBC is more accurate. For the clinical diagnosis of children with acute respiratory tract infection,the combined detection of SAA,CRP and WBC should be adopted,which has higher application value.
