摘要
柴胡为我国传统中药,广泛用于治疗感冒发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞等症。《中华人民共和国药典(2020版)》中记载包括柴胡在内的处方约有60多个,柴胡质量控制的主要指标为柴胡皂苷类化学成分。柴胡皂苷(Saikosaponins)为柴胡中的主要活性成分,其结构主要为五环三萜衍生物。近年来,柴胡中已分离得到100多个不同的三萜皂苷。就近年来柴胡皂苷及其药理活性的研究进展进行综述,旨在为柴胡今后的合理开发利用提供科学依据基础。
Radix Bupleuri is one of the most successful and widely used Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of many diseases.It is a common component in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating fever, influenza, regulating metabolism and controlling endocrine. There are about 60 prescriptions including Radix Bupleuri in the Pharmacopoeia of the people’s Republic of China(2020). The main index of Radix Bupleuri quality control is the chemical components of Bupleurum saponins. Saikosaponins has been studied and applied for a long time, and its structure is mainly pentacyclic triterpene derivatives. In recent years, more than 100 different triterpenoid saponins have been isolated from Radix Bupleuri. In this paper, the research progress of saikosaponin and its physiological activities in recent years was reviewed, in order to provide a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of saikosaponin in the future.
