摘要
目的探究规范化流程管理在脑卒中康复诊疗中的应用效果。方法本次研究共选取2019年6月—2020年12月在本院住院进行康复治疗的脑卒中患者300例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将其分为两组,流程组和对照组,每组150例,对照组给予常规康复诊疗模式,流程组采用康复卒中专科规范化流程管理模式,将两组患者治疗后的日常生活能力评分、满意度和生存质量进行比较。结果流程组满意度为(97.39±1.27)分,日常生活能力得分(25.6±13.3)分,生存质量得分(76.79±3.87)分,对照组的满意度为(89.93±2.36)分,日常生活能力得分(19.7±5.30)分,生存质量得分(73.93±4.90)分,流程组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者康复诊疗过程中应用康复专科规范化流程管理,使诊疗标准化、规范化、流程化,能够有效提高日常生活能力,提升满意度,生存质量明显改善,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized process management in stroke rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 300 stroke patients from June 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital for rehabilitation treatment were selected as the research object in this study and randomly divided into two groups,the process group and the control group,with 150 in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment mode,and the process group was given standardized process management mode of stroke rehabilitation.Ability of daily living,satisfaction and quality of life score were compared.Results The satisfaction of the process group was(97.39±1.27)points,the ability of daily living was(25.6±13.3)points,the quality of life score was(76.79±3.87)points,the satisfaction of the control group was(89.93±2.36)points,the ability of daily living was(19.7±5.30)points,the quality of life score was(73.93±4.90)points,the process group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized process management of rehabilitation specialty in the rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment of stroke patients can make the diagnosis and treatment standardized and process oriented,which can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,and is conducive to the early rehabilitation of patients and improve their satisfaction.
