摘要
基于蓝墨云班课平台的混合式教学中,教师需要做好课前、课中和课后三个环节,即课前需要做好一系列准备工作;课中需要做好与学生的教与学的良好互动;课后需要了解学生对课程内容的掌握情况。课程考核需要加大学生平时成绩占比,强化学生学习的过程管理。对于教学实践中出现的问题,如签到、网速慢、平台无信息提示及作业问题提出了相关对策。教师在混合式教学中需要不断地进行教学反思,改进教学方法,进而增强学生学习的自主性和趣味性,从而达到良好的教学效果。
In the blended teaching based on Mosotech,teachers need to do well in three links,such as before,in and after class,among which a series of preparatory work needs to be done before class;good interaction with students in teaching and learning needs to be done in class;student’s learning result needs to be known after class.In the course assessment,we need to increase the proportion of student’s usual performance,and strengthen the process management.For the problems in the teaching practice,such as sign in,slow network speed and homework problems,the relevant countermeasures are given.Teachers need to constantly reflect on teaching,and improve teaching methods in blended teaching,in order to enhance student’s autonomy and interest in learning,so as to achieve good teaching effect.
