摘要
为研究钢绞线其中一根断丝后对其他丝应力分布的影响,在SolidWorks中建立1×7的1860级钢绞线实体模型,利用HyperMesh进行网格划分,利用ANSYS Workbench对钢绞线进行受力分析。分别通过不同边界条件和几何模型模拟侧丝断丝和中丝断丝效应,并将计算结果与现有文献进行对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。计算结果表明:中丝断裂对钢绞线应力影响不大,应力增长和应力分布与断丝前具有相同的规律;侧丝断裂后引起相邻丝的应力重分布,导致相邻丝应力增加较快,比其他钢丝提前进入塑性发展阶段,钢绞线承载能力降低较大。
In order to study the influence of one broken wire on the stress distribution of other wires and the overall bearing capacity of the steel strand,a solid model of 1×7 grade 1860 steel strand was established in SolidWorks.HyperMesh was applied for mesh division and ANSYS Workbench was used for analysis.Different boundary conditions and model geometry were conducted to simulate the breaking effect of theside and middle wires.The results were compared with the existing literatures to verify the correctness of the finite element analysis.The results show that the fracture of the middle wire has little effect on the stress of the steel strand,and the stress growth and distribution have the same law as before wire fracture.After the fracture of the side wire,the stress of the adjacent wire was redistributed,which leads to a greater increase of the stress of the adjacent wire;and it enters the plastic development stage earlier than other wires,resulting in a greater reduction of the bearing capacity.
