摘要
红色档案是中国共产党人团结带领人民为实现中华民族伟大复兴而奋斗的宝贵见证,是再现历史、保存记忆、启迪未来的原始记录,蕴含着丰富的红色基因。红色档案和红色基因二者有机联结,红色档案是传承红色基因的重要史实载体,利用红色档案资源传承红色基因既是满足人的全面发展的需要,也是做好思想政治教育工作的迫切要求。以红色档案为载体能突显红色基因的精神命脉、文化涵育和政治底色。进而提出利用红色档案传承好红色基因需要坚持中国共产党对档案事业的全面领导,巩固档案的党性与人民性相统一的政治基础;发挥制度优势,为红色档案传承红色基因增加思政元素;依托创新思维,为思政育人提供档案方案。
The Red Archives are the precious witness of people's struggle for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation led by the Communist Party of China with solidarity,and the original records of reappearing history,preserving memory and enlightening the future,which contains rich Red Genes.Red Archives and Red Genes are organically linked.Red Archives are important historical carriers to inherit Red Genes.The use of Red Archives resources to inherit Red Genes are not only the need to meet the requirements of people's all-round development,but also an urgent requirement to work properly on Ideological and political education.Red Archives are used as a carrier to highlight the spiritual lifeblood,cultural connotations and political undertones of the Red Genes.Then we put forward that the use of Red Archives to inherit the Red Genes needs to adhere to the Party's overall leadership of the archives,and we should consolidate the political foundation of the unity of the Party characters and the people in archives.Give full play to the advantages of the system;Increase the ideological and political elements for the Red Archives to inherit the Red Genes;Rely on innovative thinking to provide archival schemes for ideological and political education.
