摘要
各类轨道交通、高(快)速路等重大项目施工过程中,由于道路交通量大、施工影响范围广、交通资源紧张等因素,对精细化施工交通组织及管理提出了较大的技术挑战。首先回顾了上海市重大项目施工组织发展历程及精细化交通组织方法形成机制与经验特色。然后,以武宁路快速化改造项目案例为基础,阐述了三类精细化交通组织设计方法及实践,包括重大项目施工方案与交通组织方案衔接、施工区域的动态影响范围识别、施工区交通组织方案的宏微观分析。该方法应用的有效性已经在诸多案例中进行了验证,可以指导各类重大项目的精细化交通组织方案设计及评估,提高交通精细化管理水平。
During the construction of rail transit,expressway(high speed roads)and other key projects,the factors such as large road traffic flow,wide construction impact,and shortage in transportation re-sources brings great technical challenges to detailed traffic management.This paper first reviews the development history of construction organization of major projects in Shanghai,as well as the forma-tion mechanism and experience of detailed traffic management methods.Based on the case of Wuning Road speed-up reconstruction project,the paper introduces three types of detailed traffic management measures and practice,including the connection between construction scheme and traffic management scheme of major projects,the definition of dynamic impact range of construction area,and the macro-and micro-scale analysis and evaluation of traffic management scheme in construction area.The effec-tiveness of the proposed method has been verified in many cases,which can guide the detailed traffic management design and evaluation of various major projects,so as to improve the level of detailed management.
