摘要
针对低压配电台区运行监测和计量设备种类多,但它们的功能和硬件构成存在重复,导致存在监测与计量设备资源浪费、运维成本高等问题,对低压配电台区原四种运行监测和计量设备的软、硬件加以整合,提出了一种低压配电台区运行监测和计量设备整合优化方案,并研制出一款模组化智能融合终端。该终端不仅能实现低压配电台区原有运行监测和计量设备的所有功能,且可通过配置扩展模块和对应功能APP的方式,来满足终端在不同低压配电台区的应用需求,提高了终端构建的灵活性和扩展性。若将泛在公共场所的充用电设施也纳入监管范畴,这款模组化智能融合终端的功能将进一步拓展,能为构建能源互联网提供相应的技术支撑。
A low-voltage distribution station area contains many different types of operation monitoring and metering equipment,and some parts of their function and hardware composition are duplicated,which leads to issues such as the waste of device resources,high operation and maintenance costs,etc.By integrating the hardware and software packages of four conventional operation monitoring and metering equipment in the low-voltage distribution station area,an integrated optimization scheme of different measurement equipment and a modular intelligent fusion terminal for the low-voltage distribution station area are proposed.The terminal remains all functions of the original operation monitoring and metering equipment in the low-voltage distribution station area,moreover,a variety of modularized interfaces and applications can be configured to increase the terminal flexibility and extension at different low-voltage distribution station areas.If the charging and using facilities in public places are also included in the scope of supervision,the functions of this modular intelligent fusion terminal will be further expanded,which can provide corresponding technical support for the construction of the energy Internet.
