基于层次矩阵法的软煤体吸附瓦斯正交试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了掌握软煤体吸附瓦斯的影响因素变化特征,基于数理统计和层次矩阵法,建立了正交试验方案,运用压汞仪及HCA型高压容量法吸附装置,研究软煤体孔径结构特征及多因素(温度、水分、粒径)影响条件下软体煤吸附瓦斯过程的差异性变化。试验结果表明,软煤的中孔孔容为0.0172 cm^(3)/g,小孔孔容为0.0091 cm^(3)/g,其数值均大于原生结构煤样,软煤总孔容是原生结构煤样的2.16倍,微孔孔容是原生结构煤样的3.26倍。软煤体吸附瓦斯受多个因素影响,但影响程度不同,对同一煤阶,粒径对软煤体吸附常数a的影响程度最大,温度次之,水分影响程度最小;水分对软煤体吸附常数b的影响程度最大,粒径次之,温度影响程度最小。 In order to master the change characteristics of influencing factors of gas adsorption by soft coal,an orthogonal test scheme is established based on mathematical statistics and hierarchical matrix method.Using mercury porosimeter and HCA high pressure volumetric adsorption device,the pore size structure characteristics of soft coal and the differential changes of gas adsorption process of soft coal under the influence of multiple factors(temperature,moisture and particle size)are studied.The test results show that the medium pore volume and small pore volume of soft coal are 0.0172 cm^(3)/g and 0.0091 cm^(3)/g,which are greater than those of primary structure coal samples;the total pore volume of soft coal is 2.16 times and the micro pore volume is 3.26 times of primary structure coal samples;the adsorption of gas by soft coal is affected by many factors,but the influence degree is different;for the same coal rank,the particle size has the greatest influence on the adsorption constant a of soft coal,followed by temperature and moisture;moisture has the greatest influence on the adsorption constant b of soft coal,followed by particle size and temperature.
