摘要
目的:了解网络环境下医学院校本科护生线上自主学习能力现状并分析其主要的影响因素。方法:通过网络问卷平台对安徽省某医学院校570名本科护生进行调查,内容包括一般资料、自主学习能力等,并采用多重线性回归模型分析本科护生线上自主学习能力的影响因素。结果:本调查共回收有效问卷565份。565名本科护生的自我管理能力、信息能力、学习合作能力均分分别为(3.36±0.40)分、(3.20±0.28)分、(3.21±0.39)分,自主学习能力总均分为(3.26±0.32)分,均高于全国常模(P<0.001);多重线性回归分析结果显示,本科护生对现就读专业越喜欢,其自主学习能力总均分及各个维度均分越高(P<0.05);过去一学期在班级成绩越好、对教师线上教学效果满意度越高,其自主学习能力总均分及各个维度均分越高(P<0.05);对教师线上教学前准备满意度越高,其自主学习能力总均分和自我管理能力均分越高(P<0.05)。结论:本科护生自主学习能力处于较高水平。自主学习能力主要受对就读专业是否喜欢、过去一学期班级成绩、对教师线上课前准备和线上教学效果满意度的影响。
Objective:To understand the status and influencing factors of the online autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates under network environment.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to survey 570 nursing undergraduates from a medical university in Anhui Province through a network questionnaire platform.The research contents included general information and autonomous learning ability.And multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of online autonomous learning ability.Results:A total of 565 valid questionnaires were collected.The total average scores of the self-management ability,information ability,cooperative learning ability,and autonomous learning ability were(3.36±0.40),(3.20±0.28),(3.21±0.39)and(3.26±0.32),respectively,which were all higher than the national norm(P<0.001).Results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the more nursing undergraduates liked their major,the better their class performance in the past semester and the higher their satisfaction with the online teaching effect,the higher the total average score and each dimension average score of their autonomous learning ability(P<0.05).The higher the satisfaction of nursing undergraduates with teachers'online pre-class preparation,the higher the total average scores of self-learning ability and self-management ability(P<0.05).Conclusions:The autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates is at fairly good level.The autonomous learning ability is mainly affected by whether students like their major,the class performance of the past semester,the teacher's online pre-class preparation,and the satisfaction with the online teaching effect.
