摘要
为获得某天然气发动机比较精确的缸盖温度场,采用边界单向映射的方法将获得的冷却水侧和燃气侧的热边界映射至缸盖固体网格上,根据经验通过赋予机油侧和外围边界处的热边界,建立缸盖计算的有限元模型。对模型进行传热计算,获得该天然气发动机缸盖的最终温度场结果,将计算结果同发动机试验结果对比,最大误差为9.3%,满足工程要求。通过水套CFD分析和缸内流动燃烧分析能较准确地得到缸盖温度场分布,为后续缸盖强度及热疲劳分析提供有效热载荷。
In order to obtain the more accurate cylinder head temperature field distribution, the coolant flow calculations and the in-cylinder flow and combustion calculations were performed separately. The obtained thermal boundaries on coolant side and gas side are mapped to the cylinder head solid grid using one-way boundary mapping method. At the same time, the oil side and the outer thermal boundary are given based on experience. Establishing a finite element model and perform the heat transfer simulation to obtain the final temperature field results. The maximum deviation was 9.3% by comparing the simulation results with the test results, which met the engineering requirements. The temperature field distribution could provide accurate thermal load for the cylinder head strength and thermal fatigue analysis.
