摘要
目的探讨临床药师在肾移植术后继发晚期结肠癌抗肿瘤治疗中的作用。方法临床药师通过分析免疫抑制剂和抗肿瘤药物的药代动力学特征和不良反应,阐明药物相互作用,优化抗肿瘤治疗方案,提出自备药重整建议并开展药学监护。结果在临床药师密切的药学监护下,临床医生接受临床药师的建议,进行有效的抗肿瘤治疗,治疗期间毒副反应小,且未发生移植排斥反应。结论临床药师在保障该类患者进行有效、安全的抗肿瘤治疗中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the anti-tumor treatment of secondary advanced colon cancer after renal transplantation.Methods Clinical pharmacists analyzed the pharmacokinetics and the adverse reactions of immunosuppressive agents and antineoplastic drugs and elucidated drug interactions,so as to optimize the anti-tumor treatment and put forward reforming suggestions on self-prepared drugs and carry out pharmaceutical care.Results Under the close pharmaceutical care,clinicians accepted the recommendations of clinical pharmacists,and implemented effective anti-tumor therapy.There were few side effects and no graft rejection occurred during treatment.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists play an important role in ensuring effective and safe anti-tumor therapy for these patients.
