摘要
学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神,要研究总结中国共产党百年奋斗中取得的重要成就。农村精神文明建设是中国共产党百年奋斗历程中关注的重要方面。遵循中国革命、建设、改革等重要历史节点,中国共产党推进农村精神文明建设的百年历程可分为四个重要阶段。对不同发展阶段的农村精神文明建设实践进行归纳总结,发现农村精神文明建设在发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用、纳入中国社会主义现代化建设大局、使现代城乡文明融合发展、将贫困治理与精神文明建设相结合、实现乡风文明等方面凝结出了宝贵历史经验。展望新时代新征程,中国共产党领导下的农村精神文明建设工作,需要从理论创新研究、构建新发展格局、提升实践成效、发挥社会治理功能等方面实现战略性转变。
To study and implement the guiding principles of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,we must study and summarize the important achievements made in the CPC’s century-old struggle.The construction of rural spiritual civilization is an important issue of concern made in the CPC’s century-old course of struggle.Following the important historical nodes of China’s revolution,construction and reform,the historical process of promoting the rural spiritual civilization construction can be divided into four important stages.To different stages of the practice of rural spiritual civilization construction,found that rural spiritual civilization construction condensed the beneficial experience in China’s socialist modernization construction,play the role of grassroots party organizations fighting fortress,make the modern urban and rural civilization integration development,combine poverty governance with spiritual civilization construction,realize rural custom civilization.Looking forward to the new stage of rural spiritual civilization construction under the leadership of the CPC,we need to make in-depth development in theoretical innovation,build a new pattern of development,improve practical results,and give full play to the functions of social governance.
