弹性环组件刚度特性仿真与试验

摘要 对涡轮机转子系统弹性支承中弹性环组件的刚度特性进行仿真与试验研究。在研究中,利用有限元方法对弹性环组件进行接触分析,换算得到弹性环组件的刚度。根据实际受力特点,设计测量弹性环组件刚度的试验装置,并进行试验。试验结果表明,当对弹性环反复加载卸载时,会出现明显的迟滞回线现象。随着径向间隙的增大,迟滞回线现象逐渐减弱,弹性环组件的刚度逐渐减小。在弹性环组件达到极限变形之前,弹性环组件的刚度基本保持定值。同时分析了不同结构参数对弹性环组件刚度特性的影响规律,结果表明,对弹性环组件刚度特性影响由强至弱的结构参数依次为凸台数量、壁厚、凸台宽度、轴向宽度、凸台高度、内外径、圆角半径。仿真与试验研究结果可以为弹性环组件的结构设计提供参考。 The stiffness characteristics of the elastic ring assembly in the elastic support of the turbine rotor system were simulated and experimentally studied. In the research,the finite element method was used to conduct contact analysis on the elastic ring assembly,and the stiffness of the elastic ring assembly was obtained by conversion. According to the actual force characteristics,a test device for measuring the stiffness of the elastic ring assembly was designed and the test was carried out. The test results show that when the elastic ring is repeatedly loaded and unloaded,an obvious hysteresis loop phenomenon will appear. As the radial gap increases,the hysteresis loop phenomenon gradually weakens,and the stiffness of the elastic ring assembly gradually decreases. Before the elastic ring assembly reaches the limit deformation,the stiffness of the elastic ring assembly basically maintains a constant value. At the same time,the influence of different structural parameters on the stiffness characteristics of the elastic ring assembly was analyzed. The results show that the structural parameters that affect the stiffness characteristics of the elastic ring assembly from strong to weak are the number of bosses,wall thickness,boss width,axial width,boss height,inner and outer diameter,and fillet radius. The simulation and experimental research results can provide the reference for the structural design of the elastic ring assembly.
