摘要
[目的]探讨竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂对干酵母诱导发热大鼠体温的影响.[方法]取健康雌性SD大鼠作为实验动物,随机选择体温正常大鼠作为空白对照组,另选择符合条件的发热大鼠随机分为模型组、竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂小、大剂量组和阳性对照组.空白对照组不作处理,其余各组背部皮下注射给予大鼠10 mL/kg的20%(质量分数)干酵母溶液诱导建立大鼠发热模型,竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂小、大剂量组分别灌胃给予10 mL/kg的0.025、0.125 g/mL竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂,阳性对照组灌胃给予10 mL/kg的3 g/L阿司匹林溶液.于建立模型前、后6 h(给药前0 h)、给药1、2、3、4、12 h时测定各组大鼠肛温,绘制肛温平均温差值曲线,比较各组降温效果.[结果]建立模型后,与空白对照组比较,模型组、竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂小、大剂量组和阳性对照组体温显著升高(P<0.05),提示建立模型成功.与模型组比较,灌胃给药后竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂小、大剂量组和阳性对照组体温均明显降低(P<0.05);竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂小、大剂量组分别在给药4、3 h时开始体温显著降低(P<0.05).[结论]竹茹蚕沙陈皮水煎剂具有降温解热作用,且大剂量的降温作用优于小剂量.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of water decoction of bamboo shavings,silkworm excrement and tangerine peel on the body temperature of febrile rats induced by dry yeast.METHODS Healthy female Sprague-Dawley rats with normal body temperature were randomly selected as blank control group.The febrile rats were randomly divided into model group,small and large dose group of water decoction of bamboo shavings,silkworm excrement and tangerine peel,and positive control group.The blank control group was not treated,and the other groups were subcutaneously injected with 10 mL/kg of 20%(mass fraction)dry yeast solution to induce the rat model of fever.Small and large dose groups were given 10 mL/kg of 0.025 and 0.125 g/mL water decoction of bamboo shavings,silkworm excrement and tangerine peel by gavage respectively.The positive control group was given 10 mL/kg of 3 g/L aspirin solution by gavage.Anal temperature of rats in each group was measured before and 6 h after modeling(0 h before administration),and 1,2,3,4,and 12 h after administration.The average temperature difference curve of anal temperature was drawn and the cooling effect was compared.RESULTS After establishing the model,compared with the blank control group,the body temperature of the model group,the small dose group,the large dose group and the positive control group increased significantly(P<0.05),indicating the success of model establishment.Compared with the model group,the body temperature of the small dose group,the large dose group and the positive control group decreased significantly after intragastric administration(P<0.05).The body temperature of the small and large dose groups decreased significantly 4 and 3 h after intragastric administration,respectively(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The water decoction of bamboo shavings,silkworm excrement and tangerine peel has a certain cooling and antipyretic effect,and the cooling effect of large dose is better than that of small dose.
