摘要
东盟是中国跨境电商的重要市场。RCEP的签署给中国—东盟跨境电商发展带来利好,同时也提出一系列新挑战。如何把握RCEP新机遇和应对新挑战成为当前亟需解决的问题。在RCEP背景下,结合中国—东盟跨境电商的优势,提出从优化跨境电商服务体系、健全国际营销体系、建设跨境电商人才队伍、培育壮大跨境电商企业、优化创新发展体系等五个方面出发把握RCEP新机遇,促进中国—东盟跨境电商发展。
ASEAN is an important market for China's cross-border e-commerce.The signing of RCEP brings benefits to the development of China-ASEAN cross-border e-commerce,and it also presents a series of new challenges.How to grasp the new opportunities of RCEP and deal with the new challenges has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Under the background of RCEP,combining the advantages of China-ASEAN cross-border e-commerce,we propose to optimize the cross-border e-commerce service system,improve the international marketing system,build a cross-border e-commerce talent team,and cultivate and grow cross-border e-commerce enterprises,Optimizing the innovation and development system and other five aspects to grasp the new opportunities of RCEP and promote the development of China-ASEAN cross-border e-commerce.
