摘要
目的建立芳香新塔花总黄酮的HPLC指纹图谱,为芳香新塔花总黄酮的质量评价提供参考。方法通过HPLC法对15批不同时期采收的芳香新塔花中提取的芳香新塔花总黄酮进行色谱分析,对色谱结果进行相似度分析、聚类分析、主成分分析和偏最小二乘法-判别分析,最终对15批芳香新塔花总黄酮的质量进行综合评价。结果建立了芳香新塔花总黄酮的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了14个共有峰并指认了其中4个色谱峰。CPR分析结果表明15批样品综合质量高低依次为S9>S15>S4>S5>S14>S10>S11>S12>S2>S13>S3>S6>S8>S1>S7,包括蒙花苷和芦丁在内的5个成分是造成不同批次样品差异性的主要标志物。结论所建立的HPLC指纹图谱方法稳定、准确性好,可用于芳香新塔花总黄酮的鉴定和质量评价。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of total flavonoids from Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.(ZCF)and evaluate the quality of 15 batches of ZCF by Chemical Pattern Recognition(CPR)analysis.Methods 15 batches of ZCF extracted from Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.at different harvest times are analyzed by HPLC.Similarity analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and partial least squaresdiscriminant analysis are used to analyze the chromatographic results to comprehensively evaluate the quality of 15 batches of ZCF.Results The fingerprints of ZCF are established,14 common peaks are found and 4 of which are identified.The results of CPR analysis show that the order of comprehensive quality of 15 batches of samples is S9>S15>S4>S5>S14>S10>S11>S12>S2>S13>S3>S6>S8>S1>S7,and five components are the main markers causing the differences in the various batches of samples.Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint method is stable and accurate,which can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of ZCF.
