摘要
为研究页岩气管道泄漏失效致因,通过构建页岩气管道泄漏失效SD模型,分析了泄漏致因的耦合关系及变量方程。分析结果表明:页岩气管道泄漏失效概率随服役时间的增大而增大,且在40 a处有显著提高;微生物含量的变化对管道失效概率的影响巨大,是造成管道泄漏失效的主要因素;确立敏感节点,并加强管理。研究成果为防止页岩气管道泄漏失效事故发生提供了理论支撑。
In order to study the cause of leakage failure of shale gas pipeline,the SD model of leakage failure of shale gas pipeline is constructed,and the coupling relationship and variable equation of leakage cause are analyzed.The analysis results show that the leakage failure probability of shale gas pipeline increases with the increase of service time,and increases significantly at 40 years,and the change of microbial content has a great influence on the pipeline failure probability,which is the main factor causing pipeline leakage failure.Therefore,we are to establish sensitive nodes and strengthen management.The research results provide a theoretical support for preventing the leakage and failure of shale gas pipeline.
