摘要
城市发展和居民美好生活期待推动社区公共空间的适时更新。社区公共空间作为居民的思想交流和情感联络平台,是培育社区认同和居民归属感的重要载体。基于社会公共空间理论,构建起技术支撑—情感共生—制度赋权三维分析框架。对比上海“缤纷社区”和成都“柳城平伙”两个社区营造项目发现,在以党建引领主导和精英发起为主导的营造项目中,不同主体在改造进程中以互嵌方式获取技术支持、合法性地位和情感认同,后者在常态化制度建设下会逐步向党组织靠拢,通过借助党政统合力量实现物质资源整合分配和社区社会资本的激活再生。
Urban development and better life expectations of residents promote timely renewal of community public spaces.Community public space,as a platform for residents'thought exchange and emotional connection,is an important medium for cultivating community identity and residents'sense of belonging.Based on the theory of social public space,the thesis builds a three-dimensional analysis framework of technical support-emotional symbiosis-system empowerment,and compares the two community construction projects of Shanghai"Fun Community"and Chengdu"Liu Cheng Ping Huo",and exposes that in projects led by party building and elites initiation,different subjects realize technical support,legal status and emotional identification in the process of transformation by means of inter-embedding.The latter will gradually move closer to the party organization under the construction of a normalized system,and realize the integration and distribution of material resources and the activation and regeneration of community social capital through party and government integration.
