摘要
透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid,HA)是细胞外基质的重要组成成分,具有生物相容性、无毒性、非免疫原性和良好的生物降解性等特性。HA及其衍生物常作为药物靶向载体和3D生物打印的原材料用于药物的传递和筛选,并延长药物作用时间和半衰期。本文综述了HA在载药、靶向给药和药物筛选中的应用,为HA及其衍生物在临床中的应用提供参考。
Hyaluronic acid(HA)is an important component of extracellular matrix(ECM),which has biodegradability,biocompatibility,non-toxicity,non-immunogenicity and other benign physicochemical properties. HA and its derivatives,as drug targeting carriers and raw materials for 3 D bio-printing,are used for drug delivery and screening,and prolonging the action time and half-life of drugs. The application of hyaluronic acid in drug delivery,drug targeting and drug screening were reviewed,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of HA and its derivatives.
