摘要
为探讨氧化温度、时间以及金属催化氧化等因素对柴油机油性能的影响,采用高温烘箱以及氧化测试仪模拟不用的氧化条件,研究柴油机油氧化前后部分理化性能、摩擦学性能的变化,分析不同氧化条件对柴油机油的氧化过程及性能的影响规律。结果表明:高温烘箱试验后发动机油的理化性能、抗氧化性能以及摩擦学性能会有一定程度的劣化,但变化幅度不大,发动机油的氧化程度仍处于较低水平;催化氧化条件下铜、铁等催化剂的加入大幅度增大了机油氧化的速率,加深了氧化程度,发动机油的抗磨性能明显下降,这表明催化氧化不仅会影响发动机油的理化性能及氧化性能,也会加快抗磨添加剂的消耗以及摩擦学性能的变化。
In order to investigate the effects of oxidation temperature,time and metal catalytic oxidation on the performance of diesel engine oil,high temperature oven and oxidation tester were employed to simulate different oxidation conditions to study the changes of typical physicochemical properties and tribological properties of diesel oil before and after oxidation.The effects of different oxidation conditions on the oxidation process and performance of diesel engine oil were analyzed.The results show that the physical and chemical properties,oxidation resistance and tribological properties of diesel oil will deteriorate to a certain extent after high temperature oven test,but the change range is small,and the oxidation degree of diesel oil is still at a low level.Under the condition of catalytic oxidation,copper and iron catalysts greatly accelerate the oxidation rate of diesel oil and deepen the oxidation degree,and the anti-wear performance of diesel oil decreases significantly.It is shown that catalytic oxidation will not only affect the physical and chemical properties and oxidation performance of engine oil,but also accelerate the consumption of anti-wear additives and the change of tribological performance.
