摘要
目的探究近10年国内外ICU气管插管非计划性拔管领域研究现况,分析该领域研究热点及发展趋势。方法检索CNKI和Web of science数据库中2011-2020年收录的ICU气管插管非计划性拔管相关文献,借助CiteSpace对其国家、机构、期刊、关键词行可视化分析。结果近10年国内外ICU气管插管非计划性拔管领域发文量整体呈上升趋势。纳入外文文献306篇,发表于140种期刊上;纳入中文文献481篇,发表于184种期刊上。国外最新研究热点为无创机械通气,镇痛药,急性呼吸窘迫综合征,儿童,镇静,意识模糊评估表,麻醉;国内研究则集中于防范措施,护理对策,插管法,呼吸机管路,经皮气管切开术,神经外科,气道湿化。结论我国ICU气管插管非计划性拔管研究整体质量偏低、研究机构间合作不足、研究领域略狭窄且护理领域相关研究较少,应深入探讨机构间合作模式,扩展研究范围,提高研究水平,护理工作者可借鉴国外经验,增加主题的深度与广度后继续加以探究。
Objective To investigate the research status of unplanned extubation of ICU endotracheal intubation field at home and abroad in the past 10 years, so as to analyze the research hotspots and development trends. Methods Retrieved literatures related to the unplanned extubation of ICU endotracheal intubation in the CNKI and Web of Science databases from 2011 to 2020. And then we used CiteSpace to visualize the four types of knowledge units of the country, institutions, journals and keywords. Results In the past 10 years, the number of papers on unplanned extubation of ICU endotracheal intubation research has shown an upward trend at home and abroad. A total of 306 foreign literatures were published in 140 journals. It was included in 481 Chinese literatures and published in 184 journals. The top three institutions were Zhongshan hospital affiliated to Fudan university, Guangzhou Panyu central hospital, school of nursing of Fudan university. The latest research hot-spots abroad are noninvasive mechanical ventilation, analgesics, acute respiratory distress syndrome, children, sedation, fuzzy consciousness assessment form and anesthesia. Domestic research focuses on preventive measures, nursing countermeasures, intubation, ventilator pipeline, percutaneous tracheotomy, neurosurgery and airway humidification. Conclusions The quality of the research on unplanned extubation of ICU endotracheal intubation in China is not high, and the cooperation between research institutions is insufficient. Moreover, the domestic research field is slightly narrow and there are few studies in the field of nursing. It is necessary to further explore the inter-institutional cooperation model, expand the scope of research, and improve the research level. Nursing workers can learn from foreign experience and increase the depth and breadth of the theme to continue to explore.
