摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流术(VSD)联合康复新液对骶尾部藏毛窦术后患者创面愈合的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月间湖南中医院大学第二附属医院肛肠科住院部收治的骶尾部藏毛窦患者40例,将其按就诊顺序分为治疗组及对照组,每组各20例,治疗组使用负压封闭引流术联合康复新液封闭换药,对照组采用传统方式开放换药,观察两组患者的创面愈合时间、全程换药所需时间及瘢痕长度。结果治疗组的创面愈合时间为(49.70±3.44)d,少于对照组的(62.60±3.28)d;治疗组的全程换药所需时间为(71.40±5.07)min,少于对照组的(274.75±11.77)min;治疗组的瘢痕长度为(4.38±0.45)cm,小于对照组的(6.21±0.48)cm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流术联合康复新液封闭换药能促进骶尾部藏毛窦术后患者创面的愈合。
Objective To explore the impact of vacuum sealing drainage combined with Kangfuxin liquid on wound healing in patients after sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus surgery.Methods A total of 40 patients with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus admitted to the inpatient department of the anorectal in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups(20 cases each in the treatment group and the control group)according to order number.In the treatment group,vacuum sealing drainage combined with Kangfuxin liquid was used to change dressings sealedly.In the control group,the traditional method was used to change dressings openly.The wound healing time,time required to the whole dressing change,and scar length in both groups were observed.Results The wound healing time of(49.70±3.44)d was less in the treatment group than that of(62.60±3.28)d in the control group;the time required to the whole dressing change of(71.40±5.07)min was less in the treatment group than that of(274.75±11.77)min in the control group;the scar length of(4.38±0.45)cm was less in the treatment group than that of(6.21±0.48)cm in the control group.And all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage combined with Kangfuxin liquid for sealed dressing change can promote wound healing in patients after sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus surgery.
