摘要
非小细胞肺癌是肺癌最常见的病理类型。近年来随着医学技术的发展,包括靶向治疗和免疫治疗在内的新的治疗手段改善了非小细胞肺癌患者的预后。中国临床肿瘤学会(Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology,CSCO)每年结合最新的研究进展更新《CSCO非小细胞肺癌诊疗指南》。该指南系统介绍非小细胞肺癌的诊疗规范,为临床诊疗工作安全规范的开展提供理论依据。本文结合2021年CSCO指南更新要点进行详细解读,以期为非小细胞肺癌1年来的治疗进展要点内容带来更深层次的理解。
;Non-small-cell lung cancer is the most common subtype of lung cancer.In recent years,with the development of medical technology,new treatment methods including target therapy and immune-check point inhibitors have improved the prognosis of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer.Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)updates the CSCO guidelines for non-small-cell lung cancer every year based on the latest research progress.This guideline systematically introduces the diagnosis and treatment recommendations of non-small-cell lung cancer,and provides a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,the key points of the 2021 CSCO guideline for non-small-cell lung cancer are interpreted in detail.We aim to bring a deeper understanding of the key points of treatment progress of non-small-cell lung cancer in the past year.
