摘要 目的分析2015-2020年北京市各街道(乡镇)常见肠道传染病的空间聚集特征,为制定肠道传染病的预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法以各乡镇街道的离散位置信息制作北京市街道(乡镇)的泰森多边形地图,并以此为基础采用全局空间自相关、局部空间自相关和Fle XScan空间扫描方法探讨北京市常见肠道传染病的空间相关性和聚集情况。结果 2015-2020年北京市各街道(乡镇)常见肠道传染病报告数存在明显的空间自相关性,Moran’s I指数介于0.27~0.31之间(P<0.001)。局部空间自相关结果显示,高高聚集的区域主要分布在中心城六区与周边区(房山、大兴、通州、顺义、昌平和门头沟区)交接处和怀柔、密云、平谷区。Fle XScan空间扫描结果显示,北京市各街道(乡镇)肠道传染病的聚集区与高高聚集区分布相近,2015-2016年一类空间聚集区位于密云区南部街道,2019年一类聚集区位于昌平区南部,其他年份的一类聚集区均位于通州区。结论 2015-2020年北京市常见肠道传染病的空间分布存在聚集性,疾病高发聚集区位于中心城六区与周边区交接处及怀柔、密云、平谷三个区的南部乡镇。在缺乏小尺度空间地图时,可采用泰森多边形对空间数据进行展示和分析。 Objective To analyze the spatial clustering characteristics of common intestinal infectious diseases in various streets and towns in Beijing from 2015 to 2020,and to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies for intestinal infectious diseases. Methods A Thiessen polygon map was created based on the longitude and latitude data of towns in Beijing. The global/local spatial auto-correlation and Fle XScan spatial scanning method were used to explore the spatial patterns and clusters. Results There was a significant spatial autocorrelation in the number of common intestinal infectious diseases in Beijing from 2015 to 2020,with the Moran’s I index ranging from 0. 27 to 0. 31( P< 0. 001).The local spatial autocorrelation result showed that the high-high risk towns were mainly distributed in the intersection of the central city and the surrounding districts( Fangshan,Daxing,Tongzhou,Shunyi,Changping and Mentougou) and Huairou,Miyun and Pinggu districts. Flexible spatial scanning results showed that the cluster areas of intestinal infectious diseases in Beijing’s towns-level were similar with the distribution to the high-high risk cluster areas,with the most likely cluster area located in the southern part of Miyun district from 2015 to 2016,and the most likely cluster area in the rest years located in Tongzhou district except 2019,when the most likely cluster area were located in the south of Changping district.Conclusions The spatial distribution of common intestinal infectious diseases in Beijing from 2015 to 2020 was clustered. The main clustering areas were located at the junction of the central districts and the surrounding districts,and the southern part of Huairou,Miyun and Pinggu district. Thiessen polygons can be used for the presentation and analysis of spatial data while small-scale maps are difficult to obtain.
