摘要
当今在国际上产生重要影响的中国体育文化主体是中华优秀传统体育文化,而中华优秀传统体育文化传承与发展又深受不同历史时期的政治、经济、文化、生态文明等多方面的合力影响,那么如何在当下实现中华优秀传统体育文化的创造性转化和创新性发展(以下简称"双创")。这已经成为中华优秀传统体育文化传承与发展的时代议题。运用文献研究法和逻辑分析法对中华优秀传统体育文化"双创"的内涵和基本原则进行分析,从理论逻辑、历史逻辑、实践逻辑以及时代逻辑几个方面对中华优秀传统体育文化"双创"的内在逻辑进行了梳理,认为新时代中华优秀传统体育文化的发展与传承要坚持"双创"的基本原则,与时俱进地诠释中华优秀传统体育文化内涵,将其特质凝练和展现出来,要构建中华优秀传统体育文化"双创"的体制与机制,进一步挖掘其时代价值、提炼其具有国际传播意义的文化精髓,推动中华优秀传统体育文化的国际交流与互鉴,为建成文化强国与体育强国进一步筑基。
Nowadays,Chinese excellent traditional sports culture is the main body of Chinese sports culture which has an important influence in the world.However,the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional Chinese sports culture are deeply influenced by the political,economic,cultural,ecological civilization and other aspects of different historical periods.So how to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture(hereinafter referred to as“double creation”).This has become an issue of the times for the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture.By using the methods of literature research and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the connotation and basic principles of“double creation”of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture,and combs the internal logic of“double creation”of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture from the aspects of theoretical logic,historical logic,practical logic and era logic.It is believed that the development and inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture in the new era should adhere to the basic principle of“double creation”,interpret the connotation of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture with the times,condense and show its characteristics,construct the system and mechanism of“double creation”of Chinese outstanding traditional sports culture,further excavate its value of the times and refine its cultural essence with international communication significance,promote international exchange and mutual learning of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture,and lay a foundation for building a cultural power and a sports power.
