基于改进鲸鱼优化算法的微电网优化运行 被引量:8

摘要 微电网是分布式电源并网的一种有效技术途径,针对微电网运行中存在的能量调度问题,提出一种基于改进鲸鱼算法的微电网优化运行方法。首先,以经济成本、环保成本和有功网损3个指标作为目标函数对微电网的优化运行进行建模,并利用隶属度函数法将多目标函数单一化;其次,针对鲸鱼优化算法(whale optimization algorithm,WOA)存在收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优等不足,使用反向学习策略提高种群初始解的质量,采用非线性变化策略提高算法的局部搜索能力与求解速度,引入高斯扰动来提高算法的全局搜索能力;最后,将改进的鲸鱼优化算法(improved whale optimization algorithm,IWOA)用于求解多目标多约束的微电网运行优化模型。仿真结果验证了IWOA的可行性和优越性。 Microgrid is an effective technical way to realize grid-connection of distributed power sources.Aiming at the energy dispatching problem in the operation of microgrid,an optimizing operation method of the microgrid based on the improved whale optimization algorithm(WOA)is proposed.Firstly,three indicators of economic cost,environmental protection cost and active power loss are used as the objective functions to perform modeling for optimizing operation of the microgrid,and the membership function method is used to simplify the multi-objective function.Secondly,in view of the problems of WOA such as slow convergence speed and the tendency to fall into local optimum,the reverse learning strategy is used to improve the quality of the initial solution of the population,and nonlinear variables are adopted to improve local search ability and solution speed of the algorithm,meanwhile,Gaussian disturbance is introduced to increase global search ability of the algorithm.Finally,the improved WOA is used to solve the optimizing operation model of the microgrid with multi-objectives and multi-constrains.The simulation results verify the feasibility and superiority of the improved WOA.
