摘要
针对变电站开关柜柜体变形导致柜体柜门间螺栓紧固困难的问题,结合现场工人安装过程,提出设计原则开发出一种变电站开关柜柜门自动调高与校准成套装置。在完成开关柜柜门载荷计算的基础上,建立其SolidWorks几何模型,并导入到ADAMS中实现静力学分析。仿真结果表明,载荷计算与静力学分析结果是一致的,为调高校准转置的液压千斤顶的选型提供数据支撑。
In view of the difficulty during fastening the bolts between the switchgear and it’s door due to the cabinet deformation, combined with the installation process of the on-site workers, design principles were proposed to develop a complete set of automatic height adjustment and calibration device for the substation switchgear door. On the basis of completing the load calculation of the switchgear door, the SolidWorks geometric model was established and imported into ADAMS for static analysis. The simulation results show that the load calculation is consistent with the static analysis results, which provides data support for the selection of the hydraulic jack of the height adjustment and calibration device.
