摘要
考虑政府、核心企业、配套企业在战略性新兴产业集群生态链协同发展过程中的复杂决策行为,借助演化博弈及数值仿真分析各方策略选择对战略性新兴产业集群企业生态链协同运作的影响。结果表明:核心企业及配套企业对违约惩罚力度的敏感度不同,政府专项补贴可有效激发核心企业参与集群企业生态链协同运作的积极性;如何分配并合理接受政府引导和市场调节是促进战略性新兴产业集群企业生态链协同运作的关键。
For the complex decision-making behaviors of the government,core enterprises,and supporting enterprises in the collaborative operation of the strategic emerging industrial cluster ecological chain,the evolutionary game and numerical simulation are used to analyze the impact of various strategic choices on the collaborative operation of the strategic emerging industrial cluster enterprise ecological chain.The results show that:core enterprises and supporting enterprises have different sensitivities to the severity of the penalty for breach of contract,and government subsidy can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of core enterprises to participate in the collaborative operation of the cluster enterprise ecological chain.How to allocate and reasonably accept government guidance and market regulation is the key to promote the cooperative operation of enterprise ecological chain in strategic emerging industrial clusters.
