超高性能混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 超高性能混凝土(Ultra High Performance Concrete,UHPC)抗氯离子渗透性能是其重要的耐久性能,采用RCM法研究了水胶比、硅灰掺量、钢纤维掺量与类型、粗骨料掺量对UHPC氯离子迁移系数的影响,得出不同因素对UHPC抗氯离子渗透性能的影响规律。研究结果显示,UHPC氯离子迁移系数随水胶比增加而增大,且随硅灰掺量增加而减小;另外,钢纤维、粗骨料掺入和掺量的增加对UHPC抗氯离子渗透性能有不利影响。综合来看,与普通混凝土相比,无粗骨料和含粗骨料的UHPC均表现出较好的抗氯离子渗透性能,氯离子迁移系数基本处于10^(-13)数量级以下。 Ultra high performance concrete's(UHPC)resistance to chloride ion penetration is its important durability.In this paper,the RCM method was used to study the influence of water-binder ratio,silica fume content,steel fiber content and type,and coarse aggregate content on the migration coefficient of UHPC chloride ions,the variation of the resistance of UHPC to chloride ion permeability with different factors was obtained.The research results show that the UHPC chloride ion mobility coefficient increases with the increase of water-to-binder ratio and decreases with the increase of silica fume content;in addition,the incorporation of steel fiber and coarse aggregates and the increase of the content have a negative effect on the resistance of UHPC to chloride ion permeability.On the whole,compared with ordinary concrete,both UHPC without coarse aggregate andUHPC with coarse aggregate show better resistance to chloride ion penetration,and the chloride ion migration coefficient is basically below the order of 10^(-13).
