摘要
本试验基于原花青素测定原理,采用紫外分光光度法测定沙棘中原花青素的含量,通过计算其重复性、稳定性和加标回收率进行方法学考察。结果表明,该方法重复性(RSD=2.80%)和稳定性(RSD=0.24%)好,回收率(RSD<2%)高,操作简单方便,且检测成本较低。用该方法测得沙棘籽和沙棘籽壳中原花青素平均含量分别为45.62%和66.01%,该方法可进一步应用到实验室内部或企业日常质量控制等场合。
Based on the determination principle of proanthocyanidins,the content of proanthocyanidins in Hippophae rhamnoides was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The methodological inspection was carried out by calculating its repeatability,stability and spiked recovery.The results showed that the method had good repeatability(RSD=2.80%)and stability(RSD=0.24%),high recovery(RSD<2%),simple and convenient operation and low detection cost.The average content of proanthocyanidins in Hippophae rhamnoides seed and Hippophae rhamnoides seed shell measured by this method were 45.62% and 66.01% respectively.This method could be further applied to laboratory or daily quality control of enterprises.
