色季拉山不同海拔梯度下三花杜鹃叶表型性状变异研究 被引量:2

Variation of Leaf Phenotypic Traits of Rhododendron triflorum under Different Elevation Gradients in Sejila Mountain

摘要 为揭示三花杜鹃的表型性状变异规律,以色季拉山7个海拔梯度的三花杜鹃为研究对象,采用方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法,对三花杜鹃的13个叶表型性状进行系统分析。结果表明:7个海拔梯度下13个表型性状的变异系数均值为10.17%~28.30%,7个海拔梯度下的变异系数均值为15.53%~22.08%,总体平均值为19.64%;相关性分析结果表明,海拔梯度与叶长、SLA和叶含水率呈显著负相关,与SLW和LDMC呈显著正相关;主成分分析结果表明,造成三花杜鹃表型变异的主要来源是比叶重、干物质含量、叶干重和叶面积,即叶生物量和叶面积指标;利用欧式距离进行聚类分析,可以将7个海拔梯度三花杜鹃分为3大类群。综合分析结果表明:西藏色季拉山三花杜鹃沿海拔梯度下存在丰富的表型变异,性状间和海拔梯度间均存在丰富的表型变异,为三花杜鹃的分布和适应性研究提供理论依据。 In order to reveal the variation rules of phenotypic traits of Rhododendron triflorum,13 leaf phenotypic traits of Rhododendron triflorum were systematically analyzed by means of variance analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis in 7 elevations of Rhododendron triflorum in Serjila Mountain.The results showed that the average coefficient of variation of 13 phenotypic traits under 7 altitude gradients was 10.17%~28.30%;the average value of 7 altitude gradients was 15.53%~22.08%,and the overall average value was 19.64%.Correlation analysis showed that the elevation gradient was significantly negatively correlated with leaf length,SLA and leaf water content,and significantly positively correlated with SLW and LDMC.The results of principal component analysis showed that specific leaf weight,dry matter content,dry leaf weight and leaf area were the main sources of phenotypic variation of Rhododendron triflorum.According to the Euclidean distance clustering analysis,seven elevations of Rhododendron triflorum could be divided into three groups.The results showed that there were abundant phenotypic variations along the altitudinal gradient,and there were abundant phenotypic variations between traits and altitudinal gradient,which provided theoretical basis for the study of the distribution and adaptability of Rhododendron triflorum in Serjila Mountain of Tibet.
