摘要
本文在美国HAZUS方法基础上,结合我国抗震设计规范,提出了一种类PUSHOVER方法预测超高层建筑群地震震害。该方法考虑单体建筑之间的差异性且易于编程,可用于大量、快速、安全的超高层建筑震害预测。选取典型超高层建筑进行类PUSHOVER方法计算,与参考文献中有限元法计算结果比较,验证了该方法的适用性与准确性;对上海市164幢150 m以上超高层建筑群进行了震害预测。计算结果表明,上海市150 m以上超高层建筑群在7度多遇地震、7度设防地震及7度罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能良好,满足规范中小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒的要求。该类PUSHOVER方法具有快速、定量、普适的特点,可将其纳入不同精度城市建筑抗震韧性评价体系中。
Based on American HAZUS method,a kind of PUSHOVER-like method is put forward in combination with the Chinese code of seismic design to predict seismic damages of regional super high-rise buildings.This method is easy to be programmed considering the variability among single buildings,which can be used to predict large super high-rise building seismic damage quickly and safely.Typical buildings are selected for calculation with the PUSHOVER-like method and compared with results of finite element method in references,which verified the applicability and accuracy of the method.In addition,seismic damage prediction was made for the 164 super high-rise buildings.The calculation results indicate that the selected super high-rise buildings over 150 meters in Shanghai have good seismic performance under minor,moderate and major earthquakes of 7 degrees,which meets the requirements of the Chinese code for no damage under minor earthquakes,repairable under moderate earthquakes and no collapse under major earthquakes.The PUSHOVER-like method has the characteristics of speediness,quantization and wide application.It can be incorporated into the seismic resilience grading evaluation system of urban buildings with different accuracy.
