摘要
目的观察桂枝茯苓丸联合大黄碳酸氢钠片治疗痰瘀互结证高脂血症的临床疗效。方法100例痰瘀互结证高脂血症患者,采用系统随机化法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组给予桂枝茯苓丸联合大黄碳酸氢钠片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血脂指标水平和中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者头晕、胸闷以及体胖积分均较本组治疗前明显下降,且观察组患者头晕积分(1.16±0.47)分、胸闷积分(1.28±0.43)分、体胖积分(1.72±0.55)分明显低于对照组的(1.58±0.56)、(1.56±0.62)、(2.03±0.72)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组患者TC(5.68±0.61)mmol/L、TG(2.05±0.49)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.32±0.64)mmol/L明显低于对照组的(5.96±0.55)、(2.36±0.65)、(3.75±0.81)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合大黄碳酸氢钠片治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症的疗效确切,可有效降脂和缓解症状,且用药安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling pill and radix et rhizomarhri sodium blcarbonate tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 100 cases of hyperlipidemia with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were divided into observation group and control group by systematic randomization,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pills in combination with radix et rhizomarhri sodium blcarbonate tablets.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid index and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the dizziness,chest tightness,and body fat scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of this group before treatment,and the dizziness scores(1.16±0.47)points,chest tightness scores(1.28±0.43)points,body fat score(1.72±0.55)points of the observation group were significantly lower than(1.58±0.56),(1.56±0.62),(2.03±0.72)points of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the two groups were significantly lower than those in this group before treatment,and the TC(5.68±0.61)mmol/L,TG(2.05±0.49)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.32±0.64)mmol/L in the observation group were significantly lower than(5.96±0.55),(2.36±0.65),(3.75±0.81)mmol/L in the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill in combination with radix et rhizomarhri sodium blcarbonate tablets has definite efficacy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,which can effectively reduce lipid and alleviate symptoms,and the medication is safe.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
