摘要
近年来我国各项工业技术快速发展,在各类金属零件生产制造中对其制造质量要求较高。在机械制造中,热处理属于重点技术操作环节,目前做好各类机械部件、模具制造金属热处理,是现阶段机械制造中的重点环节。在热处理工艺操作中,要注重做好加热、保温、冷却过程热处理,其对加工材料性能会产生较大影响。当前要重点做好各项基础操作过程深入分析,对金属的热处理工艺展开深入研究。
In recent years,with the rapid development of various industrial technologies in China,there are high requirements for the manufacturing quality of various metal parts.In mechanical manufacturing,heat treatment belongs to the key technical operation link.At present,metal heat treatment for various mechanical parts and mold manufacturing is the key link in mechanical manufacturing at this stage.In the operation of heat treatment process,we should pay attention to heat treatment in the process of heating,heat preservation and cooling,which will have a great impact on the properties of processing materials.At present,we should focus on the in-depth analysis of various basic operation processes and carry out in-depth research on the metal heat treatment process.
