摘要
在“互联网+”背景下,医院门诊楼应不断提升内部的自助服务水平,进而更好地满足广大病患快捷、有效就诊的主观需求,进一步提升医院运作效率。但是既往有很多调查研究表明,当前国内很多医院门诊楼自助服务器建设还存在着一些不足,令人担忧,应尽早改善。本文结合调查情况,总结、分析较明显的问题,探讨相应的优化策略,以供同行参考。
Under the background of"Internet+",the outpatient building of the hospital should constantly improve the internal self-service level,so as to better satisfy the subjective needs of the patients with quick and effective treatment,and further enhance the efficiency of hospital operation.However,many previous investigations have shown that there are still some shortcomings in the construction of self-service servers in outpatient buildings of many hospitals in China,which is worrying and should be improved as soon as possible.Based on the investigation,this paper summarizes and analyzes the obvious problems,and discusses the corresponding optimization strategies,which can provide reference for peers.
