摘要
我国正处于大规模基础设施建设和房屋建设阶段,混凝土需求量巨大。混凝土是目前工程建设的不可或缺的一部分,同时还是主要的建筑材料。而胶凝材料作为混凝土的核心成分之一,是影响混凝土质量的关键因素之一,又对工程施工成本产生极大的影响。另一方面,胶凝材料的生产需要消耗大量的自然资源与能源,并排放大量的温室气体。通过对工程施工过程中采用的混凝土配合比统计和分析,在确保工程质量的前提下,以达到节能环保、降低成本的目标,确定不同强度等级混凝土胶凝材料用量的合理阈值尤为必要。
China is in the stage of large-scale infrastructure construction and housing construction,and the demand for concrete is huge.Concrete is an integral part of current engineering construction and is also the main building material.As one of the core components of concrete,cementitious material is one of the key factors affecting the quality of concrete,and has a great impact on the construction cost.On the other hand,the production of cementitious materials consumes a lot of natural resources and energy,and emits a lot of greenhouse gases.Through the statistics and analysis of the concrete mix ratio used in the construction process,under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project,in order to achieve the goals of energy conservation,environmental protection,and cost reduction,it is particularly necessary to determine the reasonable threshold for the amount of concrete cementitious materials of different strength grades.
