摘要
新时期,世界发展格局的变化和各国科学水平的进步都影响着国家科技情报工作在国家发展中的重要地位。科技情报工作对维护国家的权益起到至关重要的地位,先进的科技情报工作能够有效地保护国家的科技等各方面的创新工作,提升国家整体的安全性和防御性。该文主要分析科技情报工作“四链”服务的重要价值和意义,探寻创新型的“四链”服务的新举措。
In the new era,the changes in the world development pattern and the progress of the scientific level of various countries are affecting the important position of national scientific and technological intelligence work in national development.Scientific and technological intelligence work plays a vital role in safeguarding the rights and interests of the country.Advanced scientific and technological intelligence work can effectively protect the country's innovative work in various fields such as science and technology,and enhance the country's overall security and defensiveness.In this paper,it mainly analyzes the important value and significance of the"four chains"service of scientific and technological information work,and explores new initiatives for innovative"four chains"services.
