摘要
目的探讨儿童鼻窦炎反复发作的相关影响因素。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月浙江中医药大学附属第二医院耳鼻喉科门诊确诊的鼻窦炎患儿261例,按照发作频数和持续时间分为观察组162例和对照组99例。以问卷调查的方式,调查分析12项相关信息,经单因素分析与多因素Logistic回归分析找出儿童鼻窦炎反复发作的影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,与对照组比较,观察组在年龄、母乳喂养、锻炼、腺样体肥大、规律用药和中医体质6个因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、锻炼、腺样体肥大、中医体质4个因素是儿童鼻窦炎反复发作的可能的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、锻炼、腺样体肥大、中医体质均可能是儿童鼻窦炎反复发作的影响因素,临床应予重点关注并及时干预。
Objective To discuss the related influencing factors of recurrent attacks of sinusitis in children.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,261 cases of children with sinusitis confirmedly diagnosed in outpatient service of otolaryngology department in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were divided into observation group with 162 cases and control group with 99 cases according to attack frequency and duration.By means of questionnaire,12 related information was investigated and analyzed,and the influencing factors of recurrent attacks of sinusitis in children were found out by single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis.Results Single factor anova showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had significant differences in 6 factors including age,breastfeeding,exercise,adenoid hypertrophy,regular medication and TCM constitution(P<0.05).Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that 4 factors including age,exercise,adenoid hypertrophy and TCM constitution were the possible related factors of recurrent attacks of sinusitis in children(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,exercise,adenoid hypertrophy and TCM constitution may be the influencing factors of recurrent attacks of sinusitis in children.Clinical attention should be paid to and timely intervention should be made.
