摘要
目的研究分析中医情志护理对自身免疫性脑炎患儿生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在医院收治的自身免疫性脑炎住院患儿88例,随机列出全部所选患儿,将排列顺序为奇数患儿纳入对照组,排列顺序为偶数患儿纳入观察组,对照组患儿采用常规护理模式,观察组患儿在常规护理方式基础上再加入中医情志护理。对比分析两组患儿经过不同护理服务后,其并发症发生情况、生活质量水平情况、患儿家属对护理服务满意度情况等。结果观察组患儿护理后生活质量量表(SF-36)中生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛评分结果与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;观察组患者护理后SF-36量表中一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组患儿SF-36平均得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组患儿家属对相应护理方式总体满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论对自身免疫性脑炎患儿应用中医情志护理,能显著改善患儿一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等方面职能,有利于总体提升患儿生活质量水平,同时也能有效提高患儿家属对护理服务的满意度,利于构建和谐的护患关系。
Objective To study and analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the quality of life of children with autoimmune encephalitis. Methods Eighty-eight cases of children with autoimmune encephalitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected, and all the selected children were randomly listed. The odd children were included in the observation group, and the even children were included in the observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, and the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications, quality of life and satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared and analyzed after different nursing services. Results There was no significant difference in physiological function, physiological function or body pain score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). The general health condition, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health score of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The SF-36 average score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of the family members of the observation group to the corresponding nursing methods was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing for children with autoimmune encephalitis can significantly improve the general health status, energy, social function, emotional function, mental health and other functions, which is conducive to the overall improvement of children’s quality of life, but also can effectively improve the satisfaction of children’s families to nursing service. It is conducive to the construction of harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
