摘要
课程思政的提出对于改进和加强医学类高校思想政治工作起到了重要作用,医学院校应把深厚的医学人文素养与思政素质建设融入常态化教学中,全面实现立德树人的根本任务。本文阐述了医学院校职业生涯规划课程思政建设的意义以及现状,并针对目前存在的问题提出建议,通过建立“三位一体”教育模型、挖掘本土化思政资源、应用多样化教学方法、建立多维度评价体系、培育高素质师资队伍来更好地落实课程育人目标,进一步夯实医学生职业信念,提升医学生人文素养,树立医学生职业理想。
The proposal of curricular ideology plays an important role in improving and strengthening the ideological and political work in medical colleges.Medical colleges should integrate profound medical humanistic quality and ideological and political quality construction into the normal teaching,and fully realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.This paper expounds the significance and current situation of curricular ideology construction of career planning in medical colleges,and puts forward relevant suggestions in view of the existing problems,through establishing“three-in-one”education model,exploring native ideological and political resources,applying diversified teaching methods,establishing multi-dimensional evaluation system,and cultivating high-quality teaching staff to achieve the teaching goal better,tamp the professional belief of medical students,improve the humanistic quality of medical students and set up the professional ideal of medical students.
