摘要
目的:探究超声引导下介入治疗在异位妊娠中的应用效果及对卵巢状态的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年5月佳木斯市中心医院的100例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,将其依据随机数字表法分为对照组(肌内注射甲氨蝶呤)和观察组(超声引导下介入治疗),每组50例。比较两组的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前和治疗后7、14 d的血β-hCG和孕囊直径、治疗后不同时间的生殖激素水平及卵巢体积、卵泡数量。结果:观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血β-hCG及孕囊直径比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7、14 d观察组的血β-hCG及孕囊直径均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2、3个月,两组的生殖激素水平及卵巢体积、卵泡数量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声引导下介入治疗在异位妊娠中的应用效果较好,且对卵巢状态的不良影响较小,在异位妊娠患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided interventional therapy in ectopic pregnancy and its influence on ovarian status.Method:A total of 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy in Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(intramuscular injection of Methotrexate)and observation group(ultrasound-guided interventional therapy)according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The clinical total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,bloodβ-hCG and pregnancy sac diameter before and 7,14 d after treatment,reproductive hormone levels,ovarian volume and follicle number at different time after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in bloodβ-hCG and pregnancy sac diameter between two groups(P>0.05).The bloodβ-hCG and the diameter of pregnancy sac in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on 7 and 14 d after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in reproductive hormone levels,ovarian volume and follicular number between the two groups at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of ultrasound-guided interventional therapy in patients with ectopic pregnancy is better,and its bad influence for ovarian status is smaller,so its application value in the patients with ectopic pregnancy is higher.
