5-氨基乙酰丙酸在玉露香梨上的应用研究

摘要 为了探索5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)在梨生产上应用的可能性,以玉露香梨为材料,研究了在生长阶段喷施低质量浓度(0.1、1.0、10.0 mg/L)ALA对玉露香梨叶片叶绿素含量、气体交换参数以及果实品质的影响,同时分析在果实转色期喷施高质量浓度(50、100、150、200 mg/L)ALA对果实花青苷含量的影响。结果表明,喷施低质量浓度(0.1、1.0、10.0 mg/L)ALA均能不同程度地提高玉露香梨叶片叶绿素的含量,增加叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO_(2)浓度;低质量浓度(0.1、1.0、10.0 mg/L)ALA处理后,果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量显著高于喷施清水对照,而可滴定酸含量却显著低于喷施清水对照,其中,对果实品质促进效果最佳的ALA质量浓度为1.0 mg/L。转色期喷施高质量浓度(100、150、200 mg/L)ALA均能显著提高玉露香梨果实花青苷含量,其中,100 mg/L ALA诱导花青苷积累的效果最明显。因此,生长季节喷施1 mg/L ALA可以显著提高梨叶片光合性能,提升果实内在品质;转色期喷施100 mg/L ALA能有效促进果实着色,改善果实外观品质。 The objective of this experiment was to explore the possibility of application of 5-Aminolevulinic acid(ALA)on pear production.Using Yuluxiang pear as material,effects of spraying low mass concentration(0.1,1.0,10.0 mg/L)ALA during growth stages on leaf chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters,and fruit quality in Yuluxiang pear were studied.Simultaneously,effects of spraying high mass concentration(50,100,150,200 mg/L)ALA during fruit coloration stage on anthocyanin content were analyzed.The results showed that spraying low mass concentration(0.1,1.0,10.0 mg/L)ALA could increase chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,and intercellular CO_(2) concentration in leaves of Yuluxiang pear.After low mass concentration of ALA treatment,the contents of soluble solids and soluble sugar of fruit were significantly higher than those of the control,while the content of soluble acid was significantly lower than that of the control.The best mass concentration of ALA for promoting fruit quality was 1.0 mg/L.In addition,spraying high mass concentration(50,100,150,200 mg/L)ALA during fruit coloration stage significantly increased anthocyanin content in fruits of Yuluxiang pear,and 100 mg/L ALA possessed the most obvious effect inducing anthocyanin accumulation.Therefore,spraying 1 mg/L ALA in growing season can and improve the internal quality of pear fruit by improving the photosynthetic capacity,while spraying 100 mg/L ALA can promote fruit coloring and improve fruit appearance quality.
