摘要
为探究有机硒肥喷施量和次数对黑糯玉米籽粒硒和花青素含量的影响及适宜的施用方式,以黑糯玉米为研究对象,采用随机区组设计,设置不同的有机硒肥喷施量(1.5、3.0、6.0 g/hm^(2))和喷施次数(1、2次)处理,测定玉米籽粒花青素、硒等含量。结果表明,喷施有机硒肥显著提高了籽粒花青素和硒含量,同一喷施次数,随施硒量增加,籽粒花青素含量呈降低趋势,而籽粒硒含量先增加后降低,喷施2次的花青素、硒含量高于喷施1次,且喷施2次,施硒量1.5 g/hm^(2)的籽粒花青素含量最高,达0.53 mg/g,施硒量3.0 g/hm^(2)的籽粒硒含量最高,达0.24 mg/kg;喷施有机硒肥可促进籽粒铁、锌、锰积累,降低玉米籽粒铬、镉含量,施硒量6.0 g/hm^(2),喷施2次的籽粒铁、锌、锰含量最高,较对照分别提高39%、35%、27%,镉含量最低,降低22%,施硒量3.0 g/hm^(2),喷施2次的籽粒铬含量最低,较对照降低49%。在玉米吐丝期和之后7 d喷施2次,且施硒量1.5~3.0 g/hm^(2)有利于增加黑糯玉米籽粒硒和花青素含量,降低铬含量;喷施2次,施硒量6.0 g/hm^(2)有利于提高玉米籽粒铁、锌、锰含量,降低籽粒镉含量。
To study effects of spraying amounts and times of organic selenium(Se)fertilizers on grain Se and anthocyanin contents of black waxy maize and appropriate application method,in this paper,taking black waxy maize as object researched,grain Se and anthocyanin contents of black waxy maize were determined by a randomized blocks designed with different organic Se amounts(1.5,3.0,6.0 g/hm^(2))and spraying times(1 and 2 times).Obtained results showed that organic Se application could significantly increase anthocyanin and Se contents in grains.The anthocyanin contents in maize grains decreased,and Se contents was increased firstly and then decreased with increase of Se rates at the same spraying times.The anthocyanin and Se contents in the treantment of two-time sprays were higher than those in the treatment of once spray.In the treatment of two-time sprays,and anthocyanin contents of 0.53 mg/g were the highest at the amount of 1.5 g/hm^(2),and Se contents were the highest at the amount of3.0 g/hm^(2),reaching 0.24 mg/kg.Organic Se application could promote accumulation of iron(Fe),zinc(Zn),manganese(Mn),and reduce contents of chromium(Cr)and cadmium(Cd)in maize grains.The grain Fe,Zn,Mn contents were the highest and Cd content was the lowest at the amount of 6.0 g/hm^(2) with two-time sprays,which were increased by 39%,35%and 27%,and decreased22%compared with the control.The lowest Cr contents was decreased 49%compared with the corresponding contents respectively of the control.When Se fertilizer were sprayed two times and applyed 3.0 g/hm^(2),the Cr content in grains was the lowest and decreased 49%than those in the control.In conclusion,spraying organic Se fertilizer at silking stage and seven days after silking with Se amounts of 1.5-3.0 g/hm^(2) were beneficial for increasing the grain Se and anthocyanin contents,as well as reducing Cr content of black waxy maize.And Se amount of 6.0 g/hm^(2) at the same spraying times improved grain Fe,Zn and Mn contents,and reduced grain Cd contents.
