摘要
通过研究沙棘木蠹蛾性引诱剂诱捕到的非靶标昆虫的多样性,为沙棘木蠹蛾性引诱剂的林间使用提供技术支持和指导,为减少非靶标昆虫对性引诱剂的影响奠定基础,从而更好地防治沙棘木蠹蛾,以山西省交城县庞泉沟国家级自然保护区的沙棘林为研究区,采用随机抽样法,分别随机选取3块平地和3块坡地,利用性引诱剂监测法,诱捕沙棘木蠹蛾成虫,并选取丰富度指数、均匀度指数、香农威纳多样性指数以及辛普森优势度指数分析诱捕器内非靶标昆虫的多样性及其对诱捕效果的干扰。结果表明,沙棘木蠹蛾性引诱剂会诱引双翅目、鞘翅目、膜翅目、鳞翅目和半翅目的非靶标昆虫;时间和地形会影响性引诱剂对非靶标昆虫的诱捕量;8月份诱捕到非靶标昆虫的类群和数量最多;平地诱捕到非靶标昆虫数量多于坡地。因为非靶标昆虫与沙棘木蠹蛾形态差异明显,所以非靶标昆虫的存在不会影响性引诱剂对沙棘木蠹蛾的检测效果;引诱膜翅目和双翅目的访花昆虫,会在一定程度上干扰其传粉生态功能。
In order to provide technical support and guidance for use of sex attractants of Eogystia hippophaecolus in forests,lay foundation of reducing effects of sex attractant to non-target insects,and increase the control efficiency of Eogystia hippophaecolus,in this study,through researching the diversity of non-target insects trapped by the sex attractants of Eogystia hippophaecolus,the seabuckthorn forest located in Pangquangou National Nature Reserve,Jiaocheng county,Shanxi province was taken as the sample field.By random sampling,three plots of flat land and three plots of sloping land were selected.The method of sex attractant monitoring was used to trap imageos of Eogystia hippophaecolus.Margalef index,Pielou index,Shannon Wiener index and Simpson index were selected to analyze diversity of non-target insects in the traps and their interference to the trapping effect.The results showed that sex attractants could attract non-target insects of Diptera,Coleoptera,Hymenoptera,Lepidoptera and Hemiptera.Time and topography affected the trapping amount of non-target insects trapped by sex attractants.The groups and amounts of non-target insects trapped were the highest in August,and the amounts of non-target insects trapped on flat land were higher than those on sloping land.Because there were obvious morphological differences between non-target insects and Eogystia hippophaecolus,the existence of non-target insects did not affect the detecting efficacy of sexual attractants on Eogystia hippophaecolus.However,the attraction of flower-visiting insects of Hymenoptera and Diptera interfered with ecological functions of pollination to a certain extent.
