摘要
目的:探讨皮损内注射曲安奈德序贯CO_(2)点阵激光在增生性瘢痕患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月英德市人民医院100例增生性瘢痕患者。随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组进行CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,观察组进行皮损内注射曲安奈德序贯CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。比较两组治疗前后瘢痕厚度、温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分,治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗前两组VSS评分、瘢痕厚度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组VSS评分、瘢痕厚度均降低,并且观察组VSS评分、瘢痕厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮损内注射曲安奈德序贯CO_(2)点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的有效性更高,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the application value of intradermic injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide sequential CO_(2) dot array laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Method:A total of 100 patients with hypertrophic scar were selected from the People’s Hospital of Yingde from February 2019 to February 2020.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO_(2) dot array laser,and the observation group was treated with intradermic injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide sequential CO_(2) dot array laser.Scar thickness,Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score before and after treatment,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scar thickness and VSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VSS score,scar thickness of the two groups were decreased,and VSS score and scar thickness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intradermic injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide sequential CO_(2)dot array laser has higher efficacy in the treatment of hypertrophic scar,which has certain clinical application value.
