摘要
目的:观察综合护理干预联合八段锦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)患者疗效的临床效果。方法:2020年3月-2021年6月东莞市企石医院收治慢阻肺患者80例,结合患者个人意愿分为两组。对照组(n=38)给予常规护理措施,观察组(n=42)给予综合护理干预联合八段锦肺康复锻炼,比较两组临床疗效。结果:经过8周的干预,与对照组比较,观察组慢阻肺评估测试评分、焦虑与抑郁量表评分均显著较低,生活质量评分、6分钟步行试验及血氧饱和度(SPO2)水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院时,第4、6、8周mMRC改良呼吸困难指数较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预联合八段锦对慢阻肺患者实施治疗的临床效果突出,利于患者肺功能的改善,且能够有效提升患者的生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with Baduanjin in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From March 2020 to June 2021,80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were admitted to Dongguan Qishi Hospital.They were divided into two groups based on the individual willing.The control group(n=38)was given routine nursing measures;the observation group(n=42)was given comprehensive nursing intervention combined with Baduanjin lung rehabilitation exercise.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After 8 weeks of intervention,the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test score,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score,6-minute walking test and blood oxygen saturation(SPO2)levels were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mMRC modified dyspnea index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at the 4th,6th,and 8th week(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is outstanding,which is beneficial to the improvement of patients'pulmonary function,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
