薄型子宫内膜诊治新进展 被引量:14

New progress in the diagnosis and treatment of thin endometrium

摘要 子宫内膜厚度在一定程度上可以反映子宫的功能状态,子宫内膜过薄会影响胚胎着床,导致不孕,即使行辅助生殖也会降低妊娠率。薄型子宫内膜的原因有年龄、内分泌、子宫内膜损伤等。近年来,虽然各种治疗方法对薄型子宫内膜均有一定的效果,如激素治疗、改善子宫动脉血流、干细胞宫腔灌注、再生医学等,但均未达成共识且疗效欠佳。所以薄型子宫内膜治疗还有很大的发展空间,是妇科临床科研方向之一。为了能有效提高临床妊娠率、活产率,改善妊娠结局,本文对薄型子宫内膜的病因、“阈值”界定和治疗方法相关文献进行回顾性总结,以期能够为治疗薄型子宫内膜提供一些新的方法和思路。 Endometrial thickness can reflect the functional state of the uterus to a certain extent.Too thin endometrium will affect embryo implantation and lead to infertility.In such case,the pregnancy rate will be lower even with assisted reproduction.Thin endometrium can be attributed to age,endocrine factors,endometrial injury and so on.In recent years,although various treatment methods have certain effects on thin endometrium,such as hormone therapy,improving uterine artery blood flow,stem cell intrauterine perfusion,regenerative medicine and so on,no consensus has been reached and the curative effect is not good.Therefore,there is a great development space in the treatment of thin endometrium,which provides a direction for gynecological clinical research.In order to effectively improve the clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and pregnancy outcome,this paper retrospectively summarizes the etiology,definition of“threshold”and relevant literature on treatment methods of thin endometrium,in order to provide some new methods and ideas for the treatment of thin endometrium.
