摘要
目的分析在急诊创伤性骨折患者的救治过程中采用无缝衔接救护模式进行救护的效果。方法选取湖北六七二中西医结合骨科医院2018年1月至2019年12月急救的102例创伤性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据患者救治时间的不同分为参照组(2018年1—12月)和试验组(2019年1—12月),每组各51例,参照组患者采用常规救护模式,试验组采用无缝衔接救护模式,比较两组院前救护时间、护送交接时间、院内急救时间、救治成功率以及患者护理满意度。结果试验组患者的院前救护时间、护送交接时间、院内急救时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的救治成功率为92.16%,明显高于参照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理总满意度为96.08%,明显高于参照组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊创伤性骨折患者的救治过程中采用无缝衔接救护模式,可有效减少患者的院前救护时间、护送交接时间、院内急救时间,提高救治成功率及护理满意度,值得在临床范围内大力推广及应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of seamless rescue mode in emergency treatment of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods A total of 102 patients with traumatic fracture who received first aid from January 2018 to December 2019 in Hubei 672 Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(January to December 2018)and the experimental group(January to December 2019)according to the different treatment time,with 51 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional rescue mode.The experimental group adopted seamless rescue mode.The pre-hospital rescue time,escort and handover time,in-hospital emergency time,the success rate of treatment and the satisfaction of patients with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The pre-hospital rescue time,escort and handover time and in-hospital emergency time of patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of treatment in the experimental group(92.16%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group(96.08%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(80.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of emergency treatment of patients with traumatic fracture,the seamless rescue mode can effectively reduce the pre-hospital rescue time,escort and handover time and in-hospital emergency time,and improve the success rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application in c linical practice.
